Minecraft New Enchants

I thought this deserved its own post since it has a lot of images. Some of you may have already found Ancient Tomes in chests across the world and wondered what they were for. Well, here it is finally, the list of all the new enchants added to the server:

Base Tomes

Ancient Tome

  • The base item needed for all other enchants.

  • Amount 0-2: 5% ancient city
  • Amount 0-2: 20% fishing:treasure, abandoned_mineshaft, bastion_bridge, bastion_hoglin_stable, bastion_other, bastion_treasure, buried_treasure, desert_pyramid, end_city_treasure, igloo_chest, jungle_temple, nether_bridge, pillager_outpost, ruined_portal, shipwreck_treasure, stronghold_library, underwater_ruin_big, underwater_ruin_small, village/village_temple, woodland_mansion

Ancient Tome of Knowledge

  • Can be crafted with an Ancient Tome, Feather, Blaze Rod, and Ghast Tear.

  • 2.50% abandoned_mineshaft, bastion_treasure, buried_treasure, desert_pyramid, nether_bridge, ruined_portal, shipwreck_treasure, stronghold_library, underwater_ruin_big, village/village_temple, woodland_mansion

Ancient Tome of the Gods

  • Can be crafted with an Ancient Tome of Knowledge, Nether Star, Nautilus Shell, and 2 enchanted books (any enchantments, doesn’t matter).

  • 0.50% bastion_treasure, buried_treasure, shipwreck_treasure, underwater_ruin_big

New Enchantments

Wings

  • “Sneak while flying with your elytra to get a small boost!”
  • Tiers: 1-4
  • Recipe: Ancient Tome of Knowledge, 2x Firework Rockets, 2x Phantom Membranes, 2x Dispensers
  • (Note: Compared to Angel, Wings is more for long-distance gliding efficiency)

  • 0.91% buried_treasure, pillager_outpost, ruined_portal, shipwreck_treasure, stronghold_library, underwater_ruin_big, underwater_ruin_small, village/village_temple, woodland_mansion

Angel

  • “The ultimate enchantment for the elytra. Sneak to speed up!”
  • Tiers: 1-5
  • Recipe: Ancient Tome of the Gods, 2x Pufferfish Buckets, Firework Rocket, 4x Phantom Membranes, Dragon Breath
  • (Note: Compared to Wings, Angel is more like a panic-button: vertical recovery and burst speed)

Takeoff

  • “Get a boost when opening the elytra to take off directly from the ground! If you sneak while opening, you can also launch without the boost.”

  • Recipe: Ancient Tome of the Gods, 2x Phantom Membrane, 2x Pistons, Slime Block

Grappling Hook

Hell Bent

  • “Your head through the wall? AGAIN? Don’t worry, your bighead can take it.“ (Prevents damage when you hit a wall with the Elytra)
  • Tiers: 1
  • Recipe: Ancient Tome of Knowledge, Turtle Helmet, Music Disc: Pigstep

Leafchopper

  • “Allows you to remove leaves very quickly with an axe. This will also drop the same things as if the leaf had decayed.”
  • Tiers: 1
  • Recipe: Ancient Tome of Knowledge, 4x shears

Soulbound

  • “Soulbound items remain in your inventory upon death. They also cannot be dropped accidentally. The book must be a curse of binding book, which you can get from a villager.”
  • Tiers: 1
  • Recipe: Ancient Tome of the Gods, Enchantment book (with curse of binding), Writable Book, Totem of Undying, Ghast Tear, Ender Eye, Bone, 2x Chains

Seeding

  • “Right-click on a seed with the hoe to sow a nearby field with the same plant. Multiple right-clicks on the same field will sow a circle.”
  • Tiers: 1-4
  • Recipe: Ancient Tome of Knowledge, Pumpkin Seeds, Melon Seeds, Carrot, Potato, Wheat Seeds, Nether Wart, Beetroot Seeds

  • “Similar to Seeding, but to create tilled fields. Multiple right-clicks on existing fields creates a circle of tilled farmland.”
