Addressing recent Pwn9 issues.

Issues:

1. YASMP - massive amount of duped / gltiched inventory from creative to pvp - the map, economy and all inventories are now illegitimate. The server must be wiped and started over.  Sorry.  The server and map will stay as it has been for a day or two while the staff works on some fixes and replacement maps.  A LOT of work has to be done in a short time so please be patient.

2. FORUMS - ban reports and ban appeals are spammy and annoying and most flame wars.  We are ending them.  We will be creating a ban appeal form that will be private to just the select admins for players who get banned.  We will add a link to live ban reports from the server, so bans can be reviewed..  (Note to mods and admins - PLEASE make accurate and description /tempban and /ban command REASONS or else bans will be lifted).

3. MINECRAFT 1.3 - Release date is set to be August 1st.  That gives us about a month til that messes everything up some too.

4. MODERATORS - Sometime between now and August 1st, we WILL be removing all moderators from their positions and re-establishing more strict moderator rules and guidelines.  One of the rules will be.. if as a moderator you are found to have broken just 1 rule, 1 time.. you will be removed from moderator and never considered for moderator again.

5. XRAYING -We are adding some new admins and some existing admins with multiple alt accounts, they wont be playing, you wont know who they are and they will spend most of their invisible.  Sole purpose will be to follow players at all times of day..  anyone CAUGHT xraying live, by one of these admins, from here on..  will be EXILED.  ALL of their associated IP will be banned from all Pwn9, any known ALT accounts will be banned.   This means if a friend/brother of yours EVER played on your computer or even logged on to the forums from your IP and he gets caught.. YOU GET EXILED TOO!  Everyone associated with the XRAYER gets EXILED.  So tell your friends no to XRAY.  We will be watching very closely.

6. CURSING - Adding a new system to Pwn9Bot - as we've seen people come on and slowly spam a curse.  We are going to publish the bad word list for Pwn9Bot.  Any word on this list will result in an immediate 1 day tempban from Pwn9Bot.  Excessive?  Then dont derping swear!

7 WOLF:ET - I want to experiment with ending the current NoQuarter server and either upgrading to NQ 1.2.9 or switching to ETPub.. also dropping bot count down to 4 or something.  Just some suggestions from Sound and a few others.. to try and get something different going.  Every other server out there runs bots and does just about the same thing we are doing.

Basically just putting out fires right now, so much stuff has gone awry in a short time.  But we will fix it all up no worries.  Sorry for any inconveniences.  Thank you for playing with Pwn9..
